Generation after generation has entrusted Bullock County Hospital with the health of their families. Since 1951, when the hospital opened, BCH has been a cornerstone of the Union Springs community. For more than five decades, we have been recognized by our patients, physicians and staff, and the rural counties we serve as a quality healthcare provider.

Bullock County Hospital, one of Alabama's oldest rural hospitals, treats more than 12,045 patients annually. The hospital provides 24-hour emergency care, inpatient medical care, physical therapy, home health services, EKG procedures, CT, X-rays, ultrasound, mammograms, laboratory tests, and more. It is also home to the Self Recovery Drug and Alcohol Addiction Program, Gateway Adult Psychiatric Unit and the Golden Years Geriatric Psych Unit.
